Can I attach my prescription?

The contact form cannot accept attachments. You can type your prescription details in the message, or email us a photo of your prescription or contact lens box.

How do I reorder lenses?

Use our reorder system if you know your previous lenses. If you’re unsure, include your previous order number or checkout email and we’ll help you find them.

Where is my order?

If tracking has been sent, please check your tracking number first. Tracking is usually sent within 48 hours after processing. If you have not received tracking, message us with your order number.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free Australian shipping on orders over $149.

Can I claim through my health fund?

We are claimable with all health funds. After your order a receipt will emailed to you with relavent details. Please check with your health fund to confirm what they allow you to claim.

What is your return policy?

Please contact us before returning any contact lenses. Return eligibility can depend on whether boxes are unopened, unused, within the return window, and suitable for resale.
