Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may click the wrong button and accidently order the wrong item. Don't worry, we accept returns up to 14 days from when you first order the lenses. 

To exchange your lenses, you must place a new order for the correct ones and send the incorrect boxes back for a refund (You must email us first for a return number and address). All we ask is that you:

  1. Email us to receive a return address and return number
  2. All boxes must remain intact and unopened. (Send us photos)
  3. There is at least 12 months left on expiry
  4. If you order 90 days lenses and it comes in 3 boxes of 30, all 3 boxes must be returned.
  5. Email us the tracking number once you shipped it. Make sure it's in a box so it doesn't get damaged.

Once our labs have checked the quality of the return, you will receive your refund. Process takes around 14 business days after you ship the lenses.

Please note, we won't be able to cover for your returns shipping costs. If our team has made an error, we will cover all shipping costs.

 

Refunds/Change of Mind

We always make sure that you get the correct lenses and provide a flexible exchange policy. As such, we are able to provide you with credit and exchanges but no refunds on any products listed unless through our return/exchange policy.
